Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in our Affiliate Program.

By signing up and participating, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• You must provide accurate personal information, including your name, contact details, and bank details (after approval).
• Rudra Glam reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Registration and Approval

• Affiliates must complete the registration form on our website.
• Bank account details will be collected separately via email after your affiliate account is approved.
• Rudra Glam reserves the right to verify your details before final approval.

3. Affiliate Commissions

• Affiliates will earn a commission on successful orders generated through their unique referral link.
• “Successful order” means the order is delivered, accepted by the customer, and not returned or cancelled within the return period.
• The commission percentage and structure will be communicated at the time of joining and may be updated from time to time. Affiliates will be notified about any changes.

4. Payouts

• Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding shipping charges, taxes, and discounts).
• Payouts are processed once a month, generally between the 5th to 10th of the following month.
• Minimum payout threshold: Currently we don’t have any minimum payout threshold
• Payments will be made via bank transfer to the bank account provided by the affiliate.

5. Promotions and Restrictions

• Affiliates can promote Rudra Glam products via websites, blogs, YouTube channels, social media, WhatsApp, emails, etc.
• Affiliates must NOT:
  • Use misleading information to promote products.
  • Spam customers or use aggressive marketing tactics.
  • Use paid ads on Rudra Glam’s brand name or keywords without written permission.
  • Misrepresent themselves as an official Rudra Glam employee.

6. Termination

• Rudra Glam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if:
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Violation of any of these Terms occurs.
  • False claims or misrepresentation happens.
• In case of termination due to misconduct, pending commissions will be forfeited.

7. Changes to the Program

• Rudra Glam may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
• It is the affiliate’s responsibility to keep themselves updated with the latest Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Rudra Glam is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program.
• We do not guarantee the performance of your affiliate link, conversion rates, or earnings.

9. Relationship Between Parties

• Affiliates are considered independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Rudra Glam.
• No joint venture, partnership, employment, or franchise relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed according to the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
