We do not offer any return or exchange on any of our products once delivered.
✅ Defective / Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:
Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Click clear photos of the defective product.
Send the unboxing video and photos to our support team via email at
📩 support@rudraglam.comThis must be done within 72 hours of product delivery.
⚠️ Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Our team will review your complaint and provide a resolution which may include a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.
